These terms govern your use of Autores.ai. By creating an account, uploading content, or purchasing credits, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you can bind it. Autores.ai provides AI-assisted editorial analysis, reports, comparison tools, and conversations with Nobel. Available features may vary by format, plan, language, or product stage.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not extract internal instructions, evade limits, interfere with security, automate abusive volume, resell without permission, infringe third-party rights, or upload unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, works, or infrastructure.

You retain ownership and all rights in uploaded content. No intellectual property is assigned to Autores.ai. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary licence to host, copy, and technically process the content solely to provide and protect the service. You represent that you may process the content and that doing so does not violate rights, confidentiality, or obligations to third parties. Keep your own copy: Autores.ai is not a permanent archive or a custody service for originals.

Reports and Nobel responses are automatically generated using artificial intelligence and provide editorial assistance, not certification of quality, originality, marketability, or publication. Nobel is an AI system, not a person. A score is published only when the analysis passes coverage and evidence checks; otherwise the result may be marked incomplete. Artificial intelligence can be wrong, omit context, or make an unsuitable recommendation. You must review the output and retain final creative judgment. Nobel does not replace a human editor, agent, lawyer, or specialist adviser. Autores.ai does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on these outputs.

Prices, taxes, included credits, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, a credit is consumed when a publishable analysis starts; if the integrity check prevents publication, it is restored under the product rules. Refunds and withdrawal rights apply under mandatory law and the information shown at purchase. We may correct manifest billing errors and prevent fraudulent use.

Autores.ai and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, design, software, taxonomies, methodology, prompts, data models, and documentation. You may use and export your report to revise your work; this does not transfer internal service components. We work to maintain continuity and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may maintain or change features, or remove formats that do not meet quality controls, while seeking to avoid unjustified loss of access to current reports.

To the extent permitted by law, Autores.ai is not responsible for editorial, commercial, or legal decisions made solely from automated output, or for indirect loss or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where legally valid, aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or commercial changes. The current version will be published here and material changes communicated reasonably. Mandatory law and jurisdiction apply according to the contracting entity, place of service, and your consumer status; these terms do not reduce mandatory rights.
