Autores.ai processes unpublished writing and personal data for a limited purpose: to provide, protect, and operationally improve the service you request. Your work remains yours. We do not acquire copyright or a commercial exploitation licence over it. This policy explains what we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. Autores.ai acts as the service data controller; you can reach us through the Contact page.

Account and contact: name, email, language, preferences, and communications. Editorial service: uploaded file, extracted text, supplied metadata, analysis outputs, report, metrics, and Nobel conversations. Operations and security: session identifiers, technical logs, device, approximate IP address, error events, and fraud controls. Commercial data: plan, credits, payment status, and transaction references. Full card data is handled by the payment provider, not Autores.ai.

We process the data needed to create your account, run the analysis, deliver the report, provide Nobel, and manage credits or payments because it is necessary to perform the contract. We process minimal logs for security, abuse prevention, diagnosis, and service continuity under our legitimate interests, without using them to profile your creative content. We meet legal obligations and request consent where a non-essential feature requires it.

You retain all rights in your work and in versions you develop using the report. You grant us only the limited permission needed to copy, technically transform, and process the content for the time required to provide the service. Editorial analysis and Nobel responses are generated by artificial intelligence systems. Nobel is AI, not a person. Content is sent to AI providers for inference and may produce errors, omissions, or unsuitable interpretations; we do not use these outputs to make decisions with legal effects about you. Autores.ai does not sell or publish your writing or choose to place it in general-purpose model training datasets. Inputs and outputs sent through the OpenAI API are not used to train its models by default. Do not upload third-party information you are not authorised to process, another party’s trade secrets, or sensitive categories that are unnecessary for the analysis.

Before analysis, you choose how the manuscript is retained. The recommended option deletes the original file, extracted text, and structural map when you sign out. You may instead keep them temporarily for later contextual Nobel consultations; each consultation that uses the manuscript renews a maximum 8-hour inactivity window. In either case, you can request immediate deletion from the report, and the 8-hour expiry acts as a safeguard even if sign-out does not complete correctly. Deletion removes the stored object and redacts the textual content, retaining only a technical receipt that does not contain the work. The report and Nobel conversations remain available for up to 12 months unless you delete them sooner or a specific legal obligation applies. From Settings you can export your data or irreversibly delete your account. Minimal records required for law, disputes, security, or fraud prevention will be separated and limited to that purpose.

We may use hosting, database, security, AI generation, payment, email, and observability providers. They receive only the data needed for their role and must protect it. Where processing involves an international transfer, we apply the relevant legal mechanism and reasonable contractual safeguards. We do not disclose your work to other users or third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and request information about automated decisions. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, use the Contact page and identify the affected account without sending passwords or the complete manuscript. We may request proportionate identity verification before responding.

We use technical and organisational controls intended to restrict access, separate credentials, log incidents, and reduce data exposure. No system removes all risk; if we detect a breach affecting you, we will act and notify where required by law. The service is not directed to minors who cannot validly contract in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy for legal or product changes; we will publish the current version and notify users where a change is material.
